A couple of funnies to start the day.

Hey! Don't get your mukluks in a knot, spring is on it's way and I have photographic proof.

OK, this might not be what you are looking for. This was this morning. THEY were calling for occasional flurries, but it flurried pretty much all day long.

This guy, Mr. R. Grouse, was strutting and chasing the ladies yesterday morning. So, there you go, this fellow might be a little premature, but it is a sign of spring.

This lady sat in a tree and watched me split wood all morning.

Yesterday, Grasshopper found this one behind the wood pile. Not sure what happened to her. I put it down by the composter and it was gone today. Grasshopper did spot a fox on the property this morning.

Just like Ft. Leavenworth, we make little ones...

out of big ones.

More signs of spring, we have some of the Devil's weeds showing thru the snow.

Some young fella with more energy than me has put out his maple buckets.

The sap is just starting to run.

So, the forecast for this weekend is good sledding, if you were planning on LEE-ving Burgessville. All snares have been pulled up, clearing the way for Da bunny.

No! Not that bunny,

This one!

Who knew?
