Just in time, too. "They" are calling for our usual January thaw on Monday with +7C and lots of rain.

I think that somebody didn't read the Little Tomiko Lake bylaw that bans winter parking between the hours of December to April.

He also ignores the bylaw banning beer in cans.

We have lots of pine grosbeaks this year.

It took two days to dig out the last bit of snow. Me, Grasshopper and Mrs. Slate had to snow blow past the gravel pit that always drifts in before we could finish plowing the Notman road. Yes Sis, we could use some -30s to freeze up the lake. When you get this much snow, the water is pushed up thru cracks and makes the lake too slushy. I hope you enjoy your 1-3 cm down there. Don't forget yer snow shoes.

Yes, we have snow! Some people think that Jose wished for snow too hard, and didn't know when to stop. Not me. I think that she got it just right. Now, if we could get her to wish for 10 or 15 days of -30, things would be perfect.
