A Campbell sister, Barb, feeding one of our whisky jacks.

OMG!

It's that time of year for pretty morning fogs.

Real LIFE drama at the center. Do you see the pileated wood pecker?

See it now? OK, I could use a better lens.

Do you see the hawk? Merlin, I'm thinkin'???

See it now?

It seems that both birds wanted to be in this tree, the tallest on the property. At first the hawk chased the woodpecker away. Then the woodpecker came back and chased off the hawk. Then the woodpecker left and went across the lake. The hawk screamed after the woodpecker and almost got it. The woodpecker went back to the safety of the trees.

Possession is 9/10's etc...

It's beautiful even when it's not sunny, but, you wouldn't like it here. Too hot, too cold, toooo many bugs.

The road to Riches, actually the road from Riches, 'cause we were on our way back.

Some Canadian fall colours. I think that we are at about 85% on the colour scale.

Road work on Richie's road, .2 miles completed.

There's a lake out there somewhere.

Just a little clarification, or a  confession, if you will. Michelle and Rachel, I did not steal that pic from Michelle. If you noticed, I posted at 11:32 A.M. , Michelle posted at 11:34 A.M. So, either she stole the pic from me, OR she stole it from HERE , just like I did.

Campbells and Taboos playing well together.

And holding up the bar. The bar is a new, and very popular watering hole at Frasertown.

Once in a while you even find a Fraser there.

Buttering up Frank's buns. Tender, yet firm.

Ice cream bar cake, a Taboo tradition.

I took the Taboos for a cruise on the Lil' Jo. Don't worry, Auto is driving. They look like little frozen Torontonians, don't they?

One for the road, see ya next year.

I know that one of the Yoyo sistas was looking for pics like these.

Fall colour pics.

We had a humming bird today. Can you spot her?

There she is. We don't know if she is a resident, or a migrator. Either way, she should get on her horse and skedaddle.

From the kitchen I noticed something in the boat. See it just to the left of the Evinrude?

Now it's on the tire. She's a cute little mink, isn't she?

Back to the boat, I think she wanted a ride.

She went for a swim and checked out the inside of the tires and crawled under the dock. Then she just disappeared. into thin water.
