7:30 last evening looked a lot like 6:30 am.

The temp dropped to 3.1c last night, no frost yet, but lots of fog at 6:30.

Nothing to report today, but I've heard that Martha has made a visit to Little Tomiko to redecorate a privy. I'll have to investigate that tomorrow.

As your pictures show, summer is leaving us. Sigh! Here in NS, August was splendid! Although, some were heard to whine about the humid heat. They were also the ones to complain about July's chilly wetness, too.

Ask the cliche queen and she would say: You can please some of the people some of the time and none of the people all of the time.

Thanks for sharing your summer and your friends, too. They seem like a great bunch of people!

I'm looking forward to the Autumn happenings on Little Lake Tomiko. And now that you have the water pump up and running - I am looking forward to what ever it might be that keeps you busy during the winter months. I expect you are working on that project now.

I ramble...
