Yesterday we went to town.

The river is not flooding the road any more.

After we came home and unpacked or groceries and stuff, around 6 o'clock, we checked out the last of the iced in docks. They were ice free and open to docking. So, I think that Big Luke is this year's winner of the pool. We will have to wait for the official decree from Jessalin, the official pool administrator.

Just after we got back home, all hell broke loose with super high winds, thunder, lightning and rain.

Woke up this morning to find no damage from the storm. I found this little one on my walk about.

The beavers have started brush clearing on the Don Fraser bypass.

I guess that when the shift is over, it's over.

Look who I found again this morning. He found a different log.

Here is another video of the bird drumming.
The camera has trouble focusing with all of the movement. Turn up your volume to 11'cause the camera doesn't pick up the sound all that well. Click.
