It's been hotter than hot here this week, way too hot to blog. But, I will suffer in silence to keep you up to date with the goings on @ Little Tomiko.

On Monday we were lucky to be a stop on the Queen of London's 2011 Royal Tour. Here she is getting out of her Royal Chariot. I did take more pics, but for some reason this was the best.

On Tuesday evening the Fowlers put on a feast for Her Highness. Here, the Queen gives audience to Dame Jose and her brother in law Paul.

Anonymous1, (JT or RSL?) yeah, that was Ron. I did try to give him the course "How to write a retirement letter AND burn bridges 101", but some wallets have an unfathomable hunger.

Anonymous2, Brian@5110, do you have more info on your great-uncle Wade who owned a cabin on a rock? Or your grandfather and father who came here? There are people still here from that time and maybe they will remember them.
