It took me a minute to figure it out. They are apartment/condos. YIKES! My first thought was chicken nuggets, or sardines. Is this any way for humans, or any animal to live? And "they" are actually trying to figure out how to increase the population density. It's funny that the definition uses the phrase "in agriculture".
This is the way to live. Too bad for you that we have reached our maximum density.

Beautiful video of the hummers - love them! Those condos are scary - who wants to live like that??? I always wonder "Where does all the sewer go??"
