Sun set New Year's eve.

Big Luke and Bone Head, last visitors of 2015, first visitors on sleds this winter.

Sun set last evening.

Woke up to -22.3 this morning. Checked out the ice making operation. Clear off the snow to find dampness.

Water on first swing.

Total of ice/water/slush between the Vs.

Some critters have been using the lake, fox, mink, weasels.

Slush forming in foot prints. So, stay off the ice for a hew more days. I always say that the ice is safe 7 days after the first guy from Sturgeon Falls puts his truck thru the ice on Lake Nipissing.
