Where have I been to, and, what have I been at?(Newfie talk) If it wasn't for the blog, I wouldn't have a clue.

Last Friday, no, the Friday before that we checked to see if the Szys had settled in. I'd say that they look pretty comfy.

Grasshopper went to baby sit the malingerer on Sunday while the men folk went quading. Especially for the Hippy Chick from Woodstock, old George showed up for a photo op. There will be no pics from the trip, cause, because of the guys getting stuck, upside down quads, flat tires, and broken belts, I figure my Christmas shopping will be all paid for. Har, Har

Well, somebody has to mow this lawn.

Momma and baby loon.

On Monday we had a do at the Estate for the SZYs. Let's see if I can forget somebody this time. Flo, Joey, Mary Ann, Tom, Grasshopper, Mr. & Mrs. AKA Smith, Dale, Josie, Ed, Bryan, and, of course, Jaladhija.

Roast beef and gravy.

Fried chicken.

Frank's spicy buns.

Nothin' brings out smiles like Josie's full table.

Mary Ann performing Frank's sticky buns polka.

Sir Edwin likes it.

A rousing rendition of An English Garden Polka.

The crowd really got down with it.

Beautiful craftsmanship.

Tuesday we went to Bedrock to adjust the Slate's propane fridge and stayed for KFC!

Wednesday we went to the Szy's for supper. Some how, Mary Ann managed to escape every pic.

The drama on the lake for the past few days is an eagle stalking a baby loon. Now, eagles are not real common in this area, but baby loons are really cute. So, which team are you on? Team Eagle or Team Loon? Can you see the eagle?

Now?

We boated over to get a close up, but the eagle flew off.

Dock spider and babies on the Slate's boat.

I still miss the ears in this shot.

Don and a brother Darrell drowning worms.

This past Friday we had a partial rainbow.

Last night we had a huge one. I couldn't get the whole thing in one frame.

AND! It was a double!

The sky to the west.

Very down-homey this morning.

Will the video work? Momma, Papa, and baby.
