Late with the blog again. The dial up modem died Wednesday morning. It was hit by lightening two years ago and I had duct taped it back to service, so it was kind of expected for it to go at any time. We raced to town and got a brand new modem wrapped up inside of a new computer, and a new printer too.
Linda is back! Yesterday Grasshopper and I went to her house and started up the gen set, water system, etc, so the place was ready for her when she arrived.
I put the trolling motor and light on the boat. Both are still working past their warranty date. Thanks Razor.
Today we are going to put the solar lights out on the lake and check in on Linda again.

Another trip to town, eh? You must be looking forward to the lake coming back to life with all the summer folk! And congratulations on another grandbaby on the way! Can I say that without sounding too envious?
