OK, get a large coffee, this might take a while.

First off, we celebrated Sir Edwin's birthday on the 6th.  Attending were, Matt, Mandy, Doc Shaw, Trish, Bryan, Ja'keevia, Jesse, Kay, Kaysha (sp?), Razor, Tina, Grasshopper, Jamie, Rachel, and Jose.

Himself.

Jose, practising to be a Grandma with Kaysha. Hint to Jamie and Rachel.

The yummy spread.

Two kinds of Frank's cinnamon buns.

On the 7th we headed off to Kitchener to visit the Bishop Superkids. Sweetness Alert! Take your insulin now!

Threatening skies near Barrie.

Ellia and Athena playing with Grandpa's Blonde hair.

Ellia has a beard just like me.

Athena didn't want to share her beard.

Monday we went to a park.

Bishopeurs.

I'm gonna send K-Dude to the moon.

Athena's turn.

Puff, puff, Ellia's turn.

WATCH OUT! camera lady!

Neat splash pad.

Next stop!

Booty!

It's a tradition that GpF help the Bishop Superkids learn to ride a two wheeler. Here we made Athena's training wheel wobbly.

Blue candy overdose.

The monkeys taught me how to do butt jumps on the trampoline!

Athena practising, no prob here, got her down pat!

Went for a walk and found a trailer with this on it and thought of the Queen of London.

More practising. She's so fast, we are just a blur.

Resting, you can hardly tell that I'm sucking wind.

Hard core hang man.

And that brings up to Wednesday when we head off to Ypsilanti. My eyes are getting tired, so we'll have to do part II tomorrow.

But first, Jose got a picture of Mommy fox on the boat launch road.

And 2 of 5 kits.

Did I tell you that it's too HOT here in Northern Ontario? Thermometer reads 40c in the sun, 32c in the shade. Tomorrow I'll take out the old slide rule and calculate when the first frost will come.

Queenie II

As a follow up the the previous blog, apparently Linda's phone does not have a ringer, only a light. So, you will have to blink extra bright, or wait until you are noticed.

Queen of London

For those who haven't heard, the Queen of London fell off her iron steed.

Unfortunately, she wasn't as armoured as Sir Harley.

Some might say that she doesn't bounce as well as she used to, but not me. Fortunately, her thick head prevented any brain pan injuries and there was no internal squishy damage. She does have some broken bones that were repaired with screws and rebars. She will have some trouble going through metal detectors at airports and passing fridge magnets, for a while.  She will be hanging out at the Victoria Hospital in London in cell B9-214. She has a phone you can call. 519-685-8500 ext-79450

You can send her an e-card at this link.

Let's hope that laughter is the best medicine, or I'm in BIG trouble.

I lost my lid!

Today I lost my Tilley hat on the round end of the lake. We couldn't find it with the wind and chop, even though it is supposed to float.

The wind should take it towards the boat launch or Frasertown. Let me know if you spot it. Meanwhile, you'll recognize me as the blonde guy with heat stroke.
