Pickles has a name!

Introducing Skeletor!

Modeling Grasshopper's onesie.

Just kidding, meet Floyd.
This time posing with a hat crocheted by Grasshopper. Don't worry, his brain will quickly grow to fill the hat.

His full name is Floyd Gonzo Atwood, for real! But he still looks like a Pickle in this pic. Awww, so cute!
Photobucket

Yesterday, while I was drowning worms, I saw a partial sun dog and called Grasshopper on the radio to take pics. Good job. Fishface, now don't go sucking the magic out of it with all that meteorological hokey pokey.

Guess who showed up?

Bone Head and Carrie.

We are going to have to change this guy's name. Han Solo, or Napoleon Solo?

AKA Mr. Smith, in the foreground and Oscar Mayer in behind. It looks like we were listening to another Ron joke.

Sally, the muskie bait.

and I'm too cool for school, Diesel.

Big Luke, Scarlet, and Grace were too hyper to get a pic of.  So, the pointy end is full up.

Guess who came for coffee this morning?

Yeah, Missy Moosie.

She has a pretty good scratch down her side. Probably because of these @#$#@!$^&".

Oh, the bugs are bad, no exclamation mark needed. If you don't have a bug jacket on, it feels like you have a jacket on. I found a new use for duct tape. It can hold your glasses on when the little @#$#@!$^&"s chew your ears off.

I'm dreaming  about winter.
and no buuugssss.

Sorry, Jose.

One more for Sis, count 'em up again.

1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6!

Warning! Too much cuteness!

All of the Brown/Bishop Super kids were in one spot and they Skyped with us Sunday morning. Yeah, count 'em up. 1,2,3,4,5,6!

Remember the onesies that we all did at Christmas? Here's the one that I made.

Har, har.

Man, it's been so windy lately.

I helped to install a solar upgrade at Bedrock the past few days. All equipment and expertise supplied by  Bur Oak Resources Inc..

Denis and Fast Freddie installing the solar panel frame.

Lance hooking up the new battery bank ...

the old bank.

Gizzards.

Russ and Steph on the lift gang.

Supervisory staff.

Something funny???

How many Slates does it take ...?

Last panel.

Aah. It fit!

Ta-Da!

All buttoned up and makin' power.

A robin made a nest inside the Bedrock road crew's tractor.

Hey Fishface, if yer barometer is off by 2 mbs and yer parallax error is greater than 3%, then yer HAAT might equal a nullity of 873 phubuts.

Power to the people!

Happy 11th Birthday Calliope!

How can you be 11, and I'm only 17? Hey! I said sevenTEEN! Must be that new math.

From Grasshopper's camera, from her trip to town last Tuesday.

Weird looking sun dog, or is it?

doo dooo do doo

New beaver house on the road to Bedrock.

Wednesday morning there were two bunnies cavorting around the yard. They still have white booties.

I didn't get a pic of the two of them together 'cause most pics looked like this.

Young Jack/Jill. Still not named.

Thursday we did a little job at Indian lake. Grasshopper found this snapper on the Tomiko Station road.

We stopped in to the Fowler Estate on the way home. Joleigh was visiting and had her new wheels. Sweet ride J.!

Don't ya just hate it when yer neighbor mows their lawn so that you have to mow yours? Even if it didn't need it? And, you KNOW  that THEY know. GRRRRRR! Any way, I found this white trillium while jogging around the yard.

Yesterday was VERY hot, and VERY humid, perfect conditions for hatching mosquitoes. They actually woke me up a few times trying to get thru the bedroom window screen.

FYI, not all mosquitoes are bugs. Some mosquitoes are BUGS!
