It's been real busy the past week or so. I'm going to have to break this recap up into a few posts. Of course if you read this later, you already know this. If not hang on for more fun.

March 7, red sky in the morning...

MoreRon showed up to shovel his roof, sans La Dore Reine, although he might be wearing her snowmobile jacket.

Bonehead, Big Luke and Scarrie, I mean Carrie arrived around noon.

They said that they were stayin' for a week, hence supplies for a month. You never know when you might get snowed in.

Saturday we went to Bear Lake to try our hand at lake trout fishing with the peeps from Camp Full of It.

The Deadman Camp have three shacks on the lake. One is a "privette" for the ladies. They let us use the other shack, thanks guys.

Chef Grasshopper grilling 'dogs in the wood stove.

Don't eat the yellow snow, Luke!

Me, with the $2.00 fish,. First, and biggest!

The cool kids, chillin'.

Grasshopper borrowed TT's MZX Sport for a test drive. It's the yellow one. She likes her Transformer, but it is too slow for fishing trips or trips farther away.

Going over the Road to Rich's at sun down.

Grasshopper really liked this machine. I think we will order one for next winter.

Neon Tetra clouds.

Sunday we snowshoed around the loop.  Lucas saw trucks in this snow sculpture. Me too.

Because it was there.

It snowed that night, again. When I saw this I thought of.
I'm dreaming of a white Christmas... in July!

Monday the 10th.  Snow out the composter room window.

More snow.

Chickadee in the peanut butter.

Big Luke cat fishin'.

There they go thru the snow covered screen.

Tuesday. Grasshopper feeding our "chickens".

Whiskey Jack in the peanut butter.

"Did you have to get my butt?"

Do you recognize this place?

How about now?

HELLO RAZOR! Because we can!

The old Bailey Camp.

Sledding on a camp made KAAARRRAZZY Karpet.

Half way across the lake.

How far will three go?

Man! That's a long walk back.

Roast, roasting on the Q.

Yeah, you know what happens next.

No surprise, uh?

Luke!

I think the girls are sayin' "BOYS, ugh!"

This is what we woke up to this morning.

Ya gotta admit that it's pretty, don't you Jose? Don't you? Hello! Oh, she can't hear me over her sobbing for joy!
I'll catch up with the rest of you whenever things slow down for a second.

Happy "L" Birthday Mrs. Slate!
Is it just me, or is she always taking her clothes off?

It can't be 'cause she's too hot.

She was one of Kita's favorite peeps.

Here she is at her 2nd birthday party.

Water taxi lady.

Saturday night fever? Or, the bag lady scores?

It's really Saturday night right now, but I got things to do and places to go tomorrow, and you know how I'm all about the pre-planning. So tomorrow morning I just hit the "publish" button and we are good to go.

It was crisp Friday morning.

Sun rising thru Wolf's bay. You can see a waft of smoke from our chimney.

M.L. (the princess of puns)  said that I was grounded  'cause I didn't have my wings. has. har.  So, I had pan seared arctic char, avec rice and left over Turkey Shepard's pie Au gratin for supper. Nom, nom, nom.

Tonight's menu was TFC TM again with a dark and dirty on the side. Give me a break Anne, there is asparagus there, too.
 .

It's famous, and hereditary.

Thanks for having my back, anonymous Mike. I will soon be creeping thru all of the other computers out there to see who signed the petition, and who didn't. Next, I think I will try to copy Mary Brown's chicken. Since I haven't had it in 25 years, and forget what it tasted like, I might nail it on the first try.

I'm in love with Mary Brown, she has the best legs in town.

This one is for the Derby Chicks. Misfits.
OK, you Iron Sirens can use it too.
